2P renews, upsizes SAR 200M credit facility deal with SNB

Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) signed today, Feb. 16, a deal with Saudi National Bank (SNB) to renew and upsize a Shariah-compliant credit facility worth SAR 200 million.

 

In a Tadawul statement, the company said the facilities extend until Feb. 16, 2027, and are intended to finance new project contracts as well as issuing letters of credit and guarantees.

 

The facilities are secured by a promissory note at the full amount.

 

No related parties were involved in the deal, 2P added.
