Service Equipment secures exclusive Saudi distribution rights for Italy’s Ravaglioli products

Service Equipment Co. signed today, Feb. 16, an exclusive distribution agreement with Italy-based Ravaglioli S.p.A, a subsidiary of Vehicle Service Group (VSG) and owner of the RAVAGLIOLI brand, granting it sole rights to distribute the brand’s products in Saudi Arabia.

 

The agreement covers a full range of vehicle service and maintenance equipment, including vehicle lifts, wheel balancers, wheel alignment systems, vehicle inspection lines, tire and wheel service equipment, and more, the company said in a Tadawul filing.

 

The three-year contractual value is tied to the volume and price of products procured during its tenure.

 

The company expects the agreement to have a positive financial impact depending on sales and confirmed no related parties are involved.

 

The deal aligns with its expansion strategy, enhances its presence in the Saudi market through a partnership with a leading European manufacturer, broadens its product offering, and strengthens its competitiveness in the automotive equipment and services sector.
