AWPT signed a contract with the Jeddah Municipality to operate rainwater networks in parts of Jeddah


Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. (AWPT) signed on Feb. 16 a SAR 155.1 million contract, excluding VAT, with the Jeddah Municipality to operate rainwater networks in parts of Jeddah.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the contract covers the operation and cleaning of rainwater networks in the sub-municipalities of Al-Balad, Al Jami'ah, and Umm Al-Salam.

 

AWPT expects the financial impact of the contract to appear starting from Q2 2026.

 

According to Argaam data, the company had disclosed in December 2025 that it was awarded a Jeddah Municipality project for 60 months.
