Mohamed Galal, Managing Director of Tasheel. He has more than 30 years of leadership experience across multiple sectors

United International Holding Co.’s (Tasheel) board of directors appointed Mohamed Galal as the company’s Managing Director, effective March 1, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Galal has more than 30 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, marketing, strategic planning, financial and accounting sectors.

 

He also serves on the boards of several companies across various industries and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Ain Shams University.

 

In December 2024, Tasheel assigned Vice Chairman Mohamed Galal as acting CEO to manage operations, according to Argaam data.

 

eXtra, which owns a 67.75% stake in Tasheel, announced today, Feb. 17, that Galal resigned as Managing Director and CEO for personal reasons.
