Wafrah signs SAR 28M contract with Del Monte Factory

Wafrah for Industry and Development Co. signed today, Feb. 19, a two-year contract with Del Monte Saudi Factory Company Ltd. for the manufacture of frozen French fries. The contract is valued at SAR 28 million (SAR 14 million per year).

In a statement to Tadawul, Wafrah said it will produce frozen French fries under a private label for Del Monte Factory. While the Del Monte Factory will supply the company with raw potatoes necessary for manufacturing and packaging materials.

The agreement could be renewed for additional periods by mutual consent.

The related financial impact is expected to appear in H1 2026 and to continue for another renewable year, the statement added, noting that no related parties are involved in the deal.
