SAL seals ground handling deal with Danish DSV A/S

SAL Saudi Logistics Services Co. signed today, Feb. 24, through its ground handling cargo division, an agreement with Danish transport and logistics company DSV Air and Sea (A/S) Logistics Services Co. to provide comprehensive ground handling and integrated logistics services.

The one-year agreement is renewable, the company said in a statement to Tadawul, noting that no specific contractual value has been set, as service fees will be paid on demand per the prices stipulated in the agreement.

Under the agreement, SAL’s ground handling division will fully manage ground handling operations for DSV A/S’ shipments. It will also provide suitable storage spaces to meet customer needs.

The company added that the deal reflects both parties’ commitment to enhancing the efficiency and reliability of logistics services in the Kingdom, ensuring speed and operational efficiency in the local cargo sector.

SAL expects the related financial impact to be positive during the contractual term, noting no related parties were involved the deal.
