Ladun said the fees do not meet the criteria in the Implementing Regulations of the White Land Fees Law
Ladun Investment Co. received today, March 1, white land fee invoices of SAR 5.28 million, SAR 8.05 million, and SAR 2.56 million for 2023, 2024, and 2026, respectively.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said it requested exemption, arguing the fees do not meet the criteria in the Implementing Regulations of the White Land Fees Law.
It added that invoices totaling SAR 10.58 million for 2025 were canceled for the same reason. The current fees have no material impact on its operations or financial position.
Ladun said in September that the updated white land fee system would not materially affect the company, according to Argaam data.
