The official spokesman for the Ministry of Defense, Turki Al-Maliki, announces the interception of two drones tried to attack Ras Tanura oil refinery

Turki Al-Maliki, spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense, said two drones were intercepted and destroyed while attempting to attack the Ras Tanura refinery this morning.

 

Al-Maliki said debris from the interception caused a limited fire, with no civilian injuries reported, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

 

He added that the interception caused shrapnel to fall near civilian facilities and populated areas.
