Multi Business Group signs contract for Al Aziziyah sales center with NHC

Multi Business Group Co. signed a contract on March 3 with National Housing Co. (NHC) to design and execute foundation and finishing works for the Al Aziziyah Sales Center project, which was awarded on Feb. 4.

 

The five-month contract covers structural works, architectural finishes, and electrical and mechanical works, the company said in a statement to Tadawul, adding that no related parties are involved in the deal.

 

The contract value exceeds 5% of its 2025 revenue and is expected to have a positive financial impact starting in 2026.

 

Multi Business Group generated more than SAR 135.3 million in revenue in 2025, with 5% equivalent to about SAR 6.77 million, according to Argaam’s data.
