United Cooperative Assurance Co. (UCA) and Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co. (AICC) announced terminating their non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) and all negotiations related to their proposed merger, by mutual agreement between the two parties.

In two separate Tadawul statements, each company said it incurred the respective advisor commissions and settled the required application fees to the General Authority for Competition.

According to Argaam’s data, the two Saudi-listed companies had signed, on June 19, 2025, a non-binding MoU to ponder their potential merger, conducting technical, financial, tax, legal, and actuarial due diligence, as well as engaging in non-binding discussions on the terms and conditions of the proposed transaction.
