A SAL Saudi Logistics Services Co.’s facility

SAL Saudi Logistics Services Co. signed a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with Aviapartner Belgium NV and Aviapartner Holding NV to acquire 100% of their stakes in Aviapartner Liège SA for SAR 123 million, on a cash- and debt-free basis.

 

The acquisition will be financed through the company’s available cash.

 

The acquired company mainly operates in ground handling and cargo services.
