Agility Logistics Parks, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi-listed Agility Global, signed a joint venture agreement with Saudi Arabia’s ROSHN Group to develop a high-quality logistics complex in Jeddah.
The deal is estimated at a total value of about SAR 2.5 billion (AED 2.4 billion), including land value and development costs.
In a statement, the company said the agreement was signed today under a 50/50 ownership structure, noting that ROSHN is a Saudi real estate developer wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF).
The project follows the initial terms signed last February, which confirmed the development of the project on 1.3 million square meters in a strategic location in Jeddah.
The development will be carried out in three phases, and once completed, the complex is expected to provide around 650,000 square meters of warehouse and commercial space. Construction is expected to begin in Q4 2026.
