National Gypsum CEO Khalid Al-Ghadeer resigns effective April 9

National Gypsum Co. said its board of directors approved on March 7 the resignation of CEO Khalid Al-Ghadeer, who decided not to renew his contract.

 

The resignation will take effect from April 9, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

 

Any further developments will be announced once a new CEO is appointed, it added.
