MESC revamps board committees

MESC establishes two new board subcommittees

Middle East Specialized Cables Co.’s (MESC) board of directors decided today, March 9, to restructure the board committees, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The board further decided to add two new committees, namely, the investment committee and governance-risk committee (GRC), the statement added.

The audit committee includes Yassir Al-Reshaid; Suliman Al-Namlah; and Ali Al-Ghamdi. Meanwhile, the executive committee will include Yahya Al-Qunaibet, Mohammed Al-Namlah and Mohammed Al-Mutlaq. Additionally, the nomination and remuneration committee comprises Mohammed Al-Ajami, Yahya Al-Qunaibet and Mohammed Al-Mutlaq.

Members of the investment committee are Yahya Al-Qunaibet, Suliman Al-Namlah and Mohammed Al-Namlah. The GRC committee members are Yassir Al-Rashaid, Mohammed Al Ajmi and Ali Al-Ghamdi.
