Osool & Bakheet says Future Creativity Digital Brokerage suspends services pending license renewal

Osool & Bakheet Investment Co. said it received a notice from the executive management of investee company —Creative Future for Digital Brokerage Co. —stating that the procedures for renewing the license with the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) were not complete.

 

Osool & Bakheet received the notice on March 9 from the investee company, classified as a financial investment at fair value through profit or loss, stating that SAMA reported the company did not meet license renewal requirements.

 

The investee will suspend services until the regulatory requirements are completed, according to Argaam data.
