Tadawul greenlights listing of govt debt Instruments under already listed class

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) approved the Ministry of Finance's request to list debt Instruments worth SAR 15.43 billion issued by the Saudi government under an already listed class as per the listing rules.

 

This includes an increase in issuance 10-01-2019 (Tadawul code: 5274) by SAR 1.15 billion to SAR 33.59 billion, as well as a rise in issuance 08-08-2023 (Tadawul code: 5332) by SAR 11 billion to SAR 13.46 billion.

 

Issuance 10-08-2023 (Tadawul code: 5334) will also be increased by SAR 364.7 million to SAR 17.15 billion, and issuance 12-04-2024 (Tadawul code: 5344) by SAR 3.45 billion to SAR 40.45 billion.

 

In addition, issuance 15-01-2024 (Tadawul code: 5339) will be raised by SAR 5.40 billion to SAR 46.14 billion, and issuance 15-01-2026 (Tadawul code: 5379) by SAR 5.05 billion to SAR 9.67 billion.

 

Accordingly, the listing will commence starting from Dec. 12.
