Al-Jouf Agricultural seals MoU with US firm to jointly set up agritech company

Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Co. (JADCO) signed a binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with US-based Food Specialty International LLC, to establish a joint company dedicated to transferring the latest agricultural and irrigation technologies for strategic crops.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company noted that the 270-day MoU, which involved no related parties, is valid as of March 15, 2026. However, the relevant financial impact cannot be determined at present.

 

This MoU serves as a preliminary agreement and a binding promise for both parties, subject to fulfilling specific conditions.

 

JADCO also highlighted its extensive experience in the agricultural sector, utilizing advanced technologies and equipment for field crops such as peanuts, potatoes, and wheat.

 

The company stated it will announce any further developments as they arise.
