Saudi Arabia intercepts, destroys 3 ballistic missile, 14 drones

Saudi Arabia intercepted and destroyed 11 drones in the Eastern region, Ministry of Defense Spokesperson Turki Al-Maliki said today, March 18.

 

In addition, two drones were shot down in Riyad, while two others were destroyed while attempting to approach Al Safarat neighborhood.

 

Al-Maliki added that a ballistic missile launched toward Al Kharj was also intercepted and destroyed, with debris from the interception falling in the vicinity of Prince Sultan Air Base without causing any damage. Two ballistic missiles heading towards the Eastern region were also intercepted and destroyed.
