The total number of financial market institutions' employees reached 7,339 by the end of Q4 2025, an increase of 143 compared to the previous quarter.
The Saudization rate in these institutions stood at 76%, with 5,632 male and 1,707 female employees, according to a recent report by the Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA).
The data indicates a strong hiring pace in the financial sector, as institutions added 2,087 new employees from the end of 2022 to the end of 2025.
