Arabian Pipes signed two contracts for manufacturing and supplying steel pipes to Saudi Aramco
Arabian Pipes Co. signed two contracts valued at SAR 241 million to manufacture and supply steel pipes to Saudi Aramco.
The first contract, valued at SAR 147 million, was signed on March 18 and extends for 11 months, the company said in a statement to Tadawul. The financial impact of the contract is expected to be reflected in the results for Q4 2026 to Q1 2027.
In another statement to Tadawul, the company said the second contract, signed on March 16, has a nine-month duration and is valued at SAR 94 million. The financial impact of the contract is expected to be reflected in Q3 to Q4 2026 results.
There are no related parties to these contracts, the statements said.
