Northern Cement reappoints Sulaiman Al Harbi as Chairman, names Mohammed Al-Dosari Vice Chairman

Northern Region Cement Co.’s board of directors reappointed Sulaiman Al Harbi as Chairman and appointed Mohammed Al-Dosari as Vice Chairman.

 

In a statement on Tadawul, the company added that the board appointed Saud Al-Arifi as Managing Director as well as formed the audit and the nomination and remuneration committees for the current term.

 

The board also designated company representatives before the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul.

 

According to data available with Argaam, the company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) recently approved the board election for a new four-year term, effective March 16, 2026, and ending March 15, 2030.
