Al Arabia’s board confirmed Alkhereiji will continue as chairman, with Al Nimr serving as vice chairman.

Al Arabia’s board confirmed Alkhereiji will continue as chairman, with Al Nimr serving as vice chairman.

Arabian Contracting Services Co.’s (Al Arabia) board of directors reappointed Abdelelah Alkhereiji as Chairman and named Muhammad Al Nimr Vice-Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The executive committee was also formed, including Mohamed Alkhereiji and Mohammed Al-Ghaith, among others.

 

The nomination and remuneration committee comprised Munaji Zamakhshari, Mohamed Alkhereiji, and Mohammed Al-Ghaith.

 

The board also named Abdelelah Alkhereiji and Mashor Al Obikan as the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul.

 

These decisions are valid for four years starting on March 18, 2026.
