Farm Superstores reappoints Hazem Al Aswad as Chairman; Maher Al Aswad as Vice Chair, Managing Director

Saudi Marketing Co.’s (Farm Superstores) board of directors decided today, March 24, to appoint Hazem Al Aswad as Chairman, and Maher Al Aswad as Vice Chairman of the board and Managing Director.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company added that its board also appointed Abdulazim Al-Nasri as board secretary and designated the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), and the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa).

The representatives are Maher Al Aswad and Mohammed Al Aswad, both executive board members.

The board also approved the formation of the remuneration and nominations committee, chaired by Tariq Al Deeb, an independent board member, with Loay Dakhil and Khalil Al Nimri as members from outside the board.
