Al-Etihad reappoints Yousef Al Saad as Chairman, Nayef Al-Tariri as Deputy

Al-Etihad names Yousef Al Saad as Chairman

Al-Etihad Cooperative Insurance Co. said it had received the Insurance Authority’s non-objection on March 25 to the reappointment of Yousef Al Saad as Chairman and Nayef Al-Tariri as Vice Chairman.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said it had formed an executive committee, chaired by Al Saad, with Al-Tariri and Tariq Bouresli as members.

The insurer also formed the nomination and remuneration committee, chaired by Ahmed Bushnaq, with Ahmed Al-Mohsen and Abdulrahman Al-Zamil as members.
