X outage hits thousands globally

Thousands of users worldwide reported an outage on the social media platform X across several countries, including India, the UAE, the UK, Australia, and the US, according to Downdetector, which tracks website outages.

 

About 51% of reported issues were related to the feed (posts/tweets), 42% were app-related, and only 5% were linked to the website.

 

The platform, owned by billionaire Elon Musk, has not issued an official statement explaining the cause of the outage.
