View shareholders elect new board

View United Real Estate Development Co. said shareholders approved the election of board members for a new three-year term starting April 2, 2026, and ending April 1, 2029.

 

The approval was made during an ordinary general meeting on March 29, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on March 30.

 

The newly elected board includes Ahmed Al-Harbi, Mohammed Al-Dawood, Mohammed Al-Bassam, Zaher Al-Hajjaj, and Louay Baras.
