Takween unable to disclose 2025 financials on time

Takween Advanced Industries Co. will not disclose its 2025 financial results and the board’s report within the specified deadline, as the review process has not been completed to date.

The company is working, in coordination with the external auditor, to complete the preparation of the financial statements and finalize the audit procedures, according to a Tadawul statement.

This will be in preparation for presenting the financial statements to the Audit Committee for its review and recommendation, and subsequently to the board of directors for approval of both the financial statements and the board’s report, in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements, with publication to follow upon board approval, it added.

The annual results are expected to be published on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website on April 28, 2026.

The shares will be suspended from April 1, 2026.

The procedure for suspending the trading of listed securities will be applied in accordance with the listing rules.

Takween will announce any subsequent developments regarding its inability to publish financial results on a monthly basis and will ensure timely disclosure of any material developments.
