Leen Alkhair says unable to disclose 2025 financials

Leen Alkhair Trading Co. said it was unable to disclose 2025 financial results within the specified regulatory period, as the review process has not been completed to date, according to a statement on Tadawul.

 

Leen is working to fulfill all audit requirements to enable the auditor to finalize the review and issue the financial statements as soon as possible.

 

The annual financial statements will be released once completed and approved by the relevant authorities, within 20 trading days and no later than April 30.
