Aldawaa misses deadline to report 2025 financials

Aldawaa Medical Services Co. will not disclose its 2025 financial results and the board’s report within the specified deadline expiring today, March 31, as the audit process has not been completed to date.

 

The step comes to ensure the preparation of accurate and complete financial statements that comply with Saudi and international accounting standards, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

This delay in publishing the financial reports has no material impact on the company's financial position, the statement added.

 

An agreement was reached with the external auditor on a work plan to complete the audit and publish the audited financial results as soon as they are finalized, during the period extending until April 28.

 

Aldawaa shares will be suspended from trading as of April 1, in accordance with the applicabe listing rules.

 

Aldawaa will announce any subsequent developments regarding its financial disclosure delay and will ensure timely disclosure of any material developments.
