UCA misses 2025 financial disclosure deadline

United Cooperative Assurance Co. (UCA) said it will not be able to disclose its financial results for 2025 within the specified deadline expiring today, March 31, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company added that the delay is due to incomplete discussions with auditors regarding certain accounting requirements necessary to complete the annual audit.

 

UCA is working to finalize these discussions.

 

The company expects to announce the financial results within the regulatory period of 20 trading sessions before April 29.

 

Trading of the company’s listed securities will be suspended as of April 1, in line with the applicable listing rules.

 

UCA will provide updates on its financial disclosure delay and will duly announce any material developments.

 

The company emphasized that this delay is solely related to completing the audit process and does not reflect its annual operational performance.
