Amwaj says unable to post 2025 financial results

Amwaj International Co. said it was unable to publish its 2025 consolidated financial statements and board’s report on Tadawul within the specified regulatory period.

The company said in a Tadawul statement that it did not complete procedures related to procedural violations in accounts receivable at the branch under review, as disclosed in its Tadawul announcement on Jan. 28, 2026.

The audit also remains incomplete due to outstanding requirements requested by the external auditor.

The annual financial statements will be released once completed and approved by the relevant authorities, within 20 trading days and no later than April 30, Amwaj added.
