Osool & Bakheet to delay 2025 financials

Osool & Bakheet Investment Co. will not disclose its 2025 financial results and the board’s report within the specified deadline.

The delay is due to the incomplete completion of certain technical procedures related to the valuation of the company’s investment in Creative Future for Digital Brokerage. This includes finalizing the valuation process and validating specific technical inputs associated with the accounting measurement, in order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the results in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Accordingly, additional time is required to ensure that the accounting measurement is appropriately determined and fairly reflected in the financial statements, according to a Tadawul statement.

The company is currently in the process of completing the necessary procedures in coordination with its external advisors and external auditor, which include finalizing the valuation in accordance with IFRS, addressing and discussing the technical observations raised by the external auditor and approving the related final accounting treatments.

The procedures for suspension of trading of listed securities will be applied in accordance with the Listing Rules. The company also confirmed its commitment to promptly disclose any material developments that may affect the timing of the announcement.
