Equipment House renews SAR 260M credit facilities with Bank Albilad

Scientific and Medical Equipment House Co. (Equipment House) renewed its Shariah-compliant credit facilities agreement with Bank Albilad, with a total value of SAR 260 million.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the agreement was signed and a copy was received today, April 6.

 

The facilities will remain valid until Jan. 29, 2027, the statement noted.

 

The company noted that the guarantees provided for the facilities include the assignment of contract proceeds, in addition to a promissory note worth SAR 276 million.

 

The facilities aim to finance current and future projects, as well as to issue bank guarantees and letters of credit.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.
