Marble Design board approves move to TASI

Marble Design Co. said its board approved, on April 6, a transition from Nomu–Parallel Market to the Main Market (TASI), according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board also appointed Estidamah Capital as financial advisor for the process.


The transition is subject to regulatory approvals and all market requirements.
 
Any relevant developments will be announced once they occur, the statement added.
