Lamasat shareholders to vote on 10% dividend for H2 2025 on April 30

Lamasat Co.'s shareholders are set to vote on the board's recommendation to distribute cash dividends at 10% of capital, or SAR 0.10 per share, for H2 2025, during an ordinary general assembly meeting that will be held on April 30, 2026, according to a Tadawul statement.
