AFG International announces board nomination period for next term

AFG International Co. (formerly Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co.) announced the opening of nominations for its board of directors for the next term, ending Aug. 11, 2030.

 

In a Tadawul statement today, April 9, the company said the new board will be elected at the upcoming general assembly, with the date to be announced after obtaining the necessary approvals. Nominations will be open from April 9 to May 9.

 

Last January, the company's extraordinary general meeting (EGM) approved amending Article Two of the Articles of Association to change its name to AFG International, according to Argaam's data.
