Sadirat shareholders dismiss Saleh Al-Rasheed from board

Shareholders of Saudi Industrial Exports Co. (Sadirat) gave the green light for dismissing board member, Saleh Al-Rasheed, based on the request from shareholders, Nasser Alajlan in his personal capacity, and as proxy for Adel Alajlan and Abdulaziz Alfawaz.

 

The approval came during the ordinary general meeting held on April 9, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

The shareholders who submitted the dismissal request own more than 10% of the company’s capital.
