Saudi Printing names Saleh Al Dowais Chairman, Amrou Masry as Acting CEO

Saudi Printing and Packaging Co. (SPPC) stated that its board of directors appointed today, April 13, Saleh Al Dowais, non-executive member, as Chairman and Ali Al-Jameel, independent member, as Vice Chairman for the current board term, which started May 7, 2024.

 

In separate Tadawul statements, the company said the board accepted the resignation of Mohammed Kashgari from his positions as Vice Chairman, board member, and member of board subcommittees, effective as of April 15, due to personal reasons.

 

The board also approved appointing Amrou Masry as Acting CEO, effective as of tomorro, April 14.

 

Masry currently serves as CFO and has nearly 19 years of leadership experience in executive financial management, with a strong track record in capital raising, restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions.

 

Throughout his career, he held several senior roles in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, including CFO of MEPCO Group, CFO of Ibda'a Entertainment Co., and Finance Director at Miral. He also worked in auditing at Ernst & Young, where has played a key role in investor relations and ESG strategy development.

 

In addition to holding an MBA from London Business School, Masry is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
