Bank loans to the private sector increased by 9% YoY to SAR 3.19 trillion in February
Loans granted by Saudi banks to non-financial government entities (NFGEs) and the private sector rose 9% to SAR 3.44 trillion for February, compared with SAR 3.14 trillion in February 2025, according to data issued by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).

Bank loans to the private sector increased by 9% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 3.19 trillion for the same month, data showed.
Meanwhile, loans granted to NFGEs jumped 17% YoY to about SAR 251.9 billion by the end of February.
