Edarat secures contract with Saudi Energy for data center services

Edarat Communication and Information Technology Co. secured today, April 14, a framework agreement with Saudi Energy (SE) to provide design, construction supervision, testing, and commissioning services for data center projects.

 

The company said in a statement to Tadawul that the contract value will be determined based on purchase orders issued in line with agreed terms and conditions, adding that signing is expected on April 30.

 

Edarat added it will disclose any material developments related to the contract in due course.
