Al Majdiah reappoints Khaled Al Majed as Chairman, Majed Al Majed as Vice Chairman

Dar Al Majed Real Estate Co.’s (Al Majdiah) said its board appointed Khaled Al Majed as Chairman and Majed Al Majed as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company said the board also appointed Abdulsalam Al Majed as managing director, in addition to naming a board secretary.

 

The nomination and remuneration committee was formed, comprising Ali Al Ghamdi, Mohammed Al Majed, and Salah Al Zamil.

 

Al Majdiah also announced the appointment of its representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul for matters related to the implementation of the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.

 

According to Argaam data, Al Majdiah shareholders elected board members for a new four-year term starting April 13, during an ordinary general meeting held recently.
