Twareat inks SAR 38.8M contract with JHAH

Twareat Medical Co. contracted with Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) to provide operational and administrative workforce support services, at an estimated value of SAR 38.78 million.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company explained that the contract includes the provision of medical and non-medical staff, including non-clinical physicians, nursing staff, administrative support, and data analysts, to support utilization management operations, thus contributing to improving operational efficiency and the quality of healthcare services delivered.

 

According to the statement, the contract term is three years, extendable for up to two more years. Meanwhile, the contract value is indicative, and actual revenue depends on the volume of demand and purchase orders issued during the contractual term, in accordance with the agreed pricing schedules.

 

The contract is expected to have a positive financial impact on the company’s revenues starting from Q2 2026, with the actual impact depending on the volume of purchase orders and service execution during the contract period. There were no related parties involved in the deal.
