Arabian Internet and Communications Services Co. (solutions) said it signed a SAR 132.4 million contract with stc on April 20 to design, equip, and upgrade digital infrastructure for a data center network supporting cloud services, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The three-year contract covers the supply, design, and installation of related hardware, systems, and technical solutions.

 

The financial impact is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026.

 

stc holds a 79% stake in solutions.
