Consolidated Grunenfelder Saady Holding Co. (CGS) said it secured a contract under the S2 project in Sabah Al Ahmad City in Kuwait, valued at around SAR 30 million (EUR6.79 million), according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The contract was signed on April 20 with S2 for Development of Lands and Real Estate Company, with no related parties involved.

 

The scope includes the construction of cold storage warehouses using an industrial ammonia-based cooling system.

 

The financial impact is expected to appear as of the third quarter of 2026, CGS said.
