Horizon Food Co. today, April 21, signed a supply agreement with Maonah Trading Co., one of the top food distribution companies in Riyadh.

The agreement includes the supply of a range of Horizon Food products, especially cooked shawarma, manufactured at its plant, according to a Tadawul statement.

The deal entails supplying the largest possible quantities of food products to meet the needs of restaurants, retail outlets and the food service sector in Riyadh and the surrounding areas, thereby strengthening supply chains and ensuring product availability throughout the contract period.

This collaboration is part of Horizon Food’s efforts to strengthen its market presence and expand its distribution network to meet customer needs across Riyadh and the surrounding areas.

According to the company, the value of this contract may exceed 10% of its total 2025 revenues due to the nature of its supply-based business and variable order volume.

Horizon Food said that the contract term is two years, renewable unless either party notifies the other of its intention to terminate within the specified notice period.

The financial impact of the contract is expected to commence in the second quarter of 2026, driven by Maonah’s plan to expand the distribution of Horizon Foods’ “Iskender” branded cooked shawarma products into new retail outlets.

There are no other related parties involved in the contract, the statement said.

According to Argaam’s data, Horizon Food’s 2025 revenues stood at about SAR 72.93 million, which means 10% of the total revenues equals SAR 7.29 million.
