ANB: 17.6% Capital raise recommended by the BOD

A 17.6% capital raise of the Arab National Bank (ANB) (from SR 8.5bn to SR 10bn) was recommended by its BOD in their meeting held on 15 December, 2013 to support the bank's capital base.

 

The Capital increase is to take place by issuing 3 bonus share to each 17 shares owned by registered shareholders as SAR 1.5bn of retained earnings will be capitalized.

 

By this issuance the number of outstanding shares will be increased from 850,000,000 shares to 1000,000,000.
