SAPTCO Signs an Agreement with Emirates Transport Co.

Saudi Public Transport Co. (SAPTCO) announced signing an agreement with Emirates Transport Co, Monday 23/12/2013 for establishing a new transport company in Saudi Arabia, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.
 

The agreement inked with a capital of SAR 100,000, the two parties will own 50% each. This deal will be financed through internal resources.

The new company will operate in school transport, according to the statement.
