Mubarrad Sells its Land in Jeddah

Saudi Transport and Investment Co.(Mubarrad) announced selling its owned agriculture land in Jeddah, 20/11/ 2013, which has an area of 200,000 square meter to Al Jerri Transport Co. for SAR 85 mn,  the company said in a filing to Tadawul.

 

It added that the book value of the land is SAR 4.4 mn which resulted in a profit of SAR 80.6 mn. The deal will reflect positively on the company's financial results, according to the statement.
