Saudi Cement awards insurance service tender to Wataniya

Saudi Cement Company hereby announces that it had floated a tender for cooperative insurance services for 2012 other than medical insurance, which include different insurance covers on all company's assets and possessions starting from 01/01/2012. The tender was awarded on 31/12/2011 (06/02/1433H) to Wataniya Insurance Company (a related party).The annual insurance premiums are estimated at SR 8 million, and the transaction shall be presented to the next AGM of the shareholder.
