Fifth ordinary general assembly meeting of Dallah

The fifth ordinary general assembly meeting of Dallah healthcare holding was held on 7/10/2013 to elect the BOD members for the next 3 year session starting on 21/10/2013, the company announced on a statement on Tadawul today.

The elected members are:

1- Dr. Abd AL Rahman Al Swailam (independent director)

2- Eng. Fares AlHameed (independent director)

3- Mr. Fahd Al Kassem (independent director)

4- Eng. Tariq Al Kassaby (non-executive director)

5- Dr. Mohamed Al Faqeeh (executive director)

6- Mr. Mohy ElDien Kamel (non-executive director)

7- Dr. Ahmed Ba Baeer (executive director)

8- Eng. Ammar Kamel (non-executive director)

9- Eng. Fahd Malaeka (non-executive director)

The allocation of the key positions and the committees' structures will be announced later after the new board's first meeting.
